Describe your signals or task, experimental environment, existing equipment, and channel or synchronization needs. You do not need to know the model before discussing your requirements.

Review the model resources, then confirm the receiver, sensors, connectors, software and computer environment. The quotation should distinguish included and optional items.

Provide device models, interface types, signal levels and timing requirements. Compatibility needs to be checked against the actual configuration.

Visit Downloads and filter by product and resource type. The existing Air Chinese guide can be read directly; other resources can be requested.

Prepare the product model, software version, operating system, reproduction steps and error message. Share logs only as requested, removing unrelated personal or unpublished research information.

Confirm the scope in the quotation and configuration list. Instruments, accessories, software, shipping and services should be stated separately.

Describe the purchasing entity, delivery and invoicing needs, and required contract or supplier documents. Use an agreed channel for sensitive financial information.

Record the model, serial number, software version and symptoms. Check the guide and contact support. Confirm return arrangements, backup and cleaning before shipping.
